Tiffany Kilper
Senior Director, Resource Development

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis
I had the privilege of working for Ruth Lederman as a Director of Resource Development for approximately 2 years at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL). During this time, Ruth became a great mentor and friend, and I can confidently attest to her exceptional leadership, expertise, and dedication.
During Ruth's tenure as the VP of Resource Development, she exhibited outstanding skills in strategic planning, resource management, and relationship building. She consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of our organization's mission, vision, and objectives, and successfully translated them into actionable plans that resulted in significant achievements.
One of Ruth's remarkable strengths is her ability to lead and inspire teams. She fostered a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication, innovation, and professional development. Ruth empowered individuals by delegating responsibilities and providing us with the necessary support and guidance to excel in our roles. She possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, which enabled her to build strong relationships with BGCSTL staff, volunteers and especially our donors. Her exceptional ability to motivate and rally teams towards shared goals greatly contributed to the success of various fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including a capital campaign for our Teen Center that raised $21M.
Ruth is a visionary leader, a strategic thinker, and a compassionate individual, all of which are essential qualities for success in the field of resource development. Ruth will undoubtedly make significant contributions to any organization with which her firm, RTR, partners.
