We were so fortunate to bring Ruth on board as our interim CDO. Ruth brought her energy and talent to the Jewish Federation of Louisville leading a very new philanthropy team through an important transitional period. In a relatively short amount of time, Ruth was able to bring our team together providing structure and clear goals. Ruth was patient and encouraging as she provided training in donor cultivation, event planning and relationship building. As a result, we have a cohesive and collaborative work culture, providing the foundation needed to grow and thrive.

Ruth also worked individually with team members focusing on individual development plans. Through one-on-one coaching, each staff member has a clear direction, goals and accountability. Our team members have shared that they are more confident and prepared to lead given the time spent with Ruth.

Our current annual campaign is surpassing prior years and has an energy that had been lagging. We are light years ahead of where we would have been without Ruth’s work and grateful that she propelled our mission forward.
