In her many years of experience as a Development Director in significant not for profit organizations, Ruth has honed skills that make her a standout in her field. She artfully aligns the vision for her department with the mission and vision of the organization. She creates strategic plans for her department that align with those of the organization. She communicates thoughtfully and persuasively with board members, potential and current donors, other staff members and grant making organizations. She runs a team that inspires members to deliver collaboratively and joyfully.
